2016 FSEA National Conference

April 3-5 | Rosen Shingle Creek Resort | Orlando, Florida | USA

The Foil & Specialty Effects Association has planned a mix of amazing programming, networking opportunities and a trade fair with industry suppliers – along with a little fun in the sun – while you are in Orlando.

Supplier Trade Fair & Conference Sponsorships Available

The Foil & Specialty Effects Association is providing TWO great opportunities to reach a targeted audience and be an integral part of the FSEA National Conference from April 3-5, 2016, in Orlando, Florida.

1. Supplier Trade Fair – 6-8:30 p.m., Sunday, April 3
The Supplier Trade Fair will take place the first night of the conference along with the Welcome Reception – an event that is always attended by all convention registrants. The cost to exhibit at the 2016 Supplier Trade Fair is $600 for FSEA Members ($800 for Non-Members), which includes a 6’ draped table. In addition, there will be a “Supplier Trade Fair” section in each conference manual and on the conference website, which will include a write-up describing your company’s products and/or services. This will allow conference attendees to preview all exhibitors at the Trade Fair before the event. All tabletop participants must be registered for the conference.

Due to space restrictions, booth availability for the Supplier Trade Fair will be limited to 35 tabletop exhibits.
Fax your form to the FSEA offices by Feb. 19, 2016, to secure your spot!

2. Conference Sponsorships
Here’s your chance to sponsor a particular segment of the FSEA National Conference, gaining sole recognition of your sponsorship and additional exposure for your company at the event. It’s a great way to join in the excitement and be an active part of the day-to-day activities of the conference! This program was designed in an effort to keep registration costs down for attendees, with the intent to bring more people to the conference.

All sponsors will be recognized verbally during conference proceedings, as well as recognized with company logos on the back of the conference manuals and on the FSEA website. Additional sponsor recognition is listed below.
